Highwave offers a limited warranty of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 365 days after the original purchase from an authorized Highwave dealer or on www.Highwave.com.

Highwave will not accept a product if it has evidence of excessive wear or misuse.

We do not cover normal wear and tear on products like finishes, dents from drops, broken glass, broken caps from drops, rubber gaskets being pulled off incorrectly, loss, theft, or any other misuse of the product or care instructions (dishwashing, etc.). Highwave reserves the right to request images of defective product validation if deemed appropriate.

If a covered defect is discovered, Highwave will replace your product with the same or similar product at Highwave’s option after an inspection has been completed. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, please hold on to receipts and emails that show proof of purchase.

If you believe your Highwave product is eligible for replacement, please email us at office@highwave.com with your order number/first and last name, where you purchased the item if not on our website, a picture of your defected item, as well as a description of the defect/problem. A customer service representative will be in touch within 1 business day with next steps.
